About the gallery

Molly+Friends is an artist-led gallery and curatorial platform founded in 2020 by Molly Goldfarb. Evolving from Goldfarb’s Lower Manhattan working studio into a collaborative hub for both in-person and online exhibitions, the project fosters fresh dialogue through curated group shows that highlight works by compelling emerging and mid-career artists alongside her own signature aesthetic. Following its presentation at last year’s SCOPE Miami Beach, Molly+Friends is thrilled to return to Miami Art Week for the inaugural edition of InScope, featuring works by Goldfarb and London-based painter Alexander Owen.

About the artist

Alexander Owen (b. 1996) lives and works in London.

Owen’s work explores the relationship between digital technologies and painting, translating 3D rendered compositions into smooth screen-like paintings using a mixture of traditional mediums and airbrush techniques. He graduated with a BA from the University of the Arts London in 2018 and participated in Norwich’s Moosey Residency in 2024. Most recently, Owen collaborated with Madrid’s Lucha de Gigantes gallery and Porsche to create custom work for their VIP suite at Estampa Contemporary Art Fair in Spain. Molly+Friends is proud to exhibit Owen’s work at Inscope 2026, which is his Miami Art Week debut.
