TLALOC Studios is an artist-run studio and gallery founded in 2020 by multidisciplinary artist Ozzie Juarez in South Central Los Angeles. Named after the Aztec god of rain, the space embodies growth, renewal, and abundance. It brings together emerging artists across disciplines, creating a community rooted in collaboration, shared resources, and mutual support. Through exhibitions, artist-led programming, and free workshops, TLALOC connects its surrounding community with contemporary art. At its core is a commitment to expanding opportunities for local artists and making a sustainable creative life possible.
